Heather Byrne

Heather Byrne brings an emotive feeling of being there in the moment, as paintings pull you in to atmospheric shorelines and dusk skies. Her studio paintings draw directly from en plein air studies made throughout the year. After a successful career as a graphic designer, Heather began painting full time, exhibiting at the Talented Art Fair in London in 2020. Her attention to line and shape are indicators of this design background and love of drawing. She is based near Castlerock, on the north coast, working from her home studio and on location. Her work is privately owned with collectors in Ireland, England, Scotland, America and Australia.
