Will grew up in the Mourne mountains, which inspired a keen interest in the landscape. He is a practising Architect who has had his paintings on display as part of the RSUA Architects as Artists exhibition in 2019 and also at a recent dedicated exhibition in Newry, influenced by local scenery and poetry. Working with both oils and acrylics, many of Will’s pieces are abstracted landscapes, inspired by familiar local scenes. His work aims to capture the tone or sense of a place, picking up on the colours and light which feel unique to this part of the world.
