When you dream ‘is it in colour’? everyone asks

I remember my grandfather, talking to me the 4 year old, but it is in the colourless world of a black and white photograph, his gentle Scottish brogue quietly floating in and out, up and down in my memory. Time separates us now.
But this must be a dream, yet, we walk together every night linked by the double helix and this place, he too walked this road, following the stream down to the shore, when I walk I whistle, when I stop I still hear someone whistling further along the road closer to the shore, I wonder if they’re waiting for me.

Yes maybe I do dream in colour.
