Esther O'Kelly

Esther O’Kelly is a visual artist based in Belfast, working primarily in paint. Her energetic, expressive works explore the intersection of landscape and abstraction, responding to her native environment. She captures movement, shifting perspectives, and the layered experiences we carry—across a single walk, a lifetime, or generations.

She trained at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and is a founding member and former vice-chair of Vault Artist Studios. Her work has been selected for national and international exhibitions, is held in public and private collections, and has been commissioned for both public and private spaces.
